The Benue State Government is set to host a groundbreaking two-day workshop for Media Officers of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clubs, aimed at revolutionizing the way football is reported and promoted in Nigeria.
Scheduled for August 15-16, 2024, the NPFL Media Summit will bring together 20 Media Officers from across the country, providing them with cutting-edge digital tools and expertise to enhance their reporting and projection of their respective clubs.
The workshop, which will take place in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, is mandatory for all participants, as they will receive crucial instructions on leveraging media to promote their clubs effectively.
By empowering Media Officers with modern digital tools, NPFL clubs can increase their visibility, engagement, and overall brand value, underscoring the significance of media in the growth and success of football as a global business.
The event, which will commence with arrivals on Wednesday, August 14, and departures on Saturday, August 17, promises to be a game-changer for football reporting in Nigeria, and Benue State is proud to be at the forefront of this initiative.
