Barau FC Beat Clever Warriors, Qualify For NLO Final Play-off


Barau FC emerged victorious over Clever Warriors in a thrilling 2-1 match during the Nationwide League NLO First Round Play-off, securing their spot in the NLO Final Play-off. The exciting encounter took place at Bwari Stadium, Abuja, showcasing the fierce competition between Kano State's two prominent teams.

Taking an early lead in the 19th minute, Barau FC's forward Jude Mamman set the tone for the match with a skillful goal. Clever Warriors, however, equalized in the 27th minute through a goal by Ahmad Umar, keeping the spectators on the edge of their seats. The tension continued until Jude Mamman's impressive second goal in the 60th minute, sealing the victory for Barau FC.
